Mike and Joe are two large ocean tugs brought to the Big Harbour. They like stealing cargos and scraping tugs.

- The two are not quite identical: Mike has narrow eyes, while Joe has stubble and a deep, gruff voice.
- Mike's personality resembles Shemp Howard, while Joe's personality resembles Edward G. Robinson.
- Mike and Joe are re-used from Cris and Brad.
